Q1. How does Kickboxing compare with other workouts?
A. Kickboxing uses a lot of muscle groups in your body that you would rarely use in other forms of exercise. Thus, you will get an all-rounded workout that will help you to tone your entire body whilst helping you get ultra-fit.
Q2. Is Kickboxing practical?
A. TNT's system of Kickboxing is a combination of many forms of martial arts, encompassing the useful and the practical for unexpected situations where self-defense may come in handy.
Q3. Will I lose weight? How long will it take?
A. Combined with a sensible diet, regular training sessions and dedication, weight loss is definitely achievable. Just how long it will take will depend on the amount of weight to be lost.
Q4. I am rather inactive and have been sedentary for many years. Can I Kickbox?
A. More than half our members were previously inactive or without a regular exercise regime. Now - they come for classes 3 times a week and are hooked on the energy burst that they get once they start Kickboxing classes. Many find that they have renewed energy at work and thus find going to work to be less of a chore!
Q5. I appear to be losing muscle tone in the usual "trouble spots" - arms, thighs and buttocks. Will Kickboxing be of any help?
A. Kickboxing happens to be one of the best exercises to target such trouble-spots. Just wearing a pair of boxing gloves and holding them up during class is an exercise in itself! The TNT combination of punches and kicks will ensure your limbs get a great workout and your muscle tone will improve dramatically.
