TNT Kickboxing classes are conducted for a duration of 1 hour 15 minutes which comprises of a warm-up, a punching section and a kicking section and a cool down.

 

Extras

Personal training classes are available upon request. It is a specialized class conducted one on one with the instructor and a time outside normally schedule class times. Personal training can be modified to suit the clients needs which can range from an array of reason such as:

a) Specialized cardio and weight loss program
b) Preparation for ring fights
c) Acquiring self defense skills.

Whatever the reason maybe a programme can be written up with an instructor that specializes in that field.

TNT also conducts ladies self defense classes that provide knowledge on simple yet practical and deadly effective skills to void all possible attackers. This a defense class that teaches skills that are utilized on the streets when need be. Classes require a minimum of 10 participants. For TNT member it is RM30, non TNT member it is RM50. Classes are conducted by TNT chief instructor Khoo Meng Yang who has many years of fighting experience in various Martial Arts.

For first timers a Free Trial class is an offer where the basic of kickboxing will be taught to the clients.

The benefits of kickboxing work-outs to the client are:

a) Weight loss
b) Muscle tuning
c) Improved cardio vascular endurance
d) Muscle endurance

TNT classes involve punching and kicking on bags not the air. With the resistance of punching and kicking bags a better overall workout can be achieved.
