GENERAL
TNT has developed a unique kickboxing training system which emphasizes fitness, toning and weight loss. Over a period of 2 years, this system has only improved and serves to be popular with men and women of all ages.
Kickboxing is also the best way to relieve stress and to learn a practical form of self defense.

Our instructors are all qualified martial arts instructors and are certified by the International Kickboxing Federation.

OUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
We use a variety of kicks from the various martial arts - Taekwondo / Karate / Kung Fu for great lower body workout.
Combined with punching techniques from boxing for an upper body workout.
The combination of the various kicking and punching workouts done on the bags with your partner is the trademark system of TNT KICKBOXING.
Our instructors are the best in Malaysia. They are personable and will motivate you to reach your goal.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TNT AND OTHERKICKBOXING CLASSES
Most other kickboxing classes are actually aerobic classes disguised to appear like a kickboxing class. Aerobic instructors introducing kicks and punches in the air to music are for "TAEBO" wannabes.
* We are a bona-fide Kickboxing school. Our instructors are NOT Aerobic instructors - they are the real thing - MARTIAL ARTISTS, and our classes are THE REAL THING!
THE CLASS STRUCTURE
10 - 15 MINUTES: Warm up and stretching
10 MINUTES: Conditioning
20 MINUTES: Kicking Techniques
20 MINUTES: Punching techniques
10 - 15 MINUTES: Abdominal work and cool down
Sparring Classes are optional and conducted separately Ý
Circuit training - occasionally classes are varied by kickboxing circuits which emphasize on Interval Training Techniques. Ý
Grappling - Basic Grappling is also introduced to beginners
OUR FIGHTING PHILOSOPHY
At TNT we believe that the fight belongs in the ring. Outside the ring - a true martial artist will try his best to avoid conflict. HoweverÖ if this is impossible, we teach our students to be prepared, strong and practical.
